Question: Can I fax my credit card information to you?
Answer: Currently, we only accept checks or money orders in U.S. dollars.
Question: Can we receive a paper invoice before sending a check?
Answer: Yes. Fill out the form to contact us, and request a paper invoice. An invoice is sent upon confirmation of funds when check is sent.
Question: Is there a mailing list or disscussion forum for ChemRec™?
Answer: We have plans to provide these features in the near future.
Question: What computer platforms will operate ChemRec™?
Answer: Minimum System Requirements are located on our main page.
Question: How do I backup my data?
Answer: There is a built-in routine in ChemRec™: Click on Company Settings then Backup. Print Backup & Copy Information Sheet. Always copy and/or backup each time your use the program and always before downloading new program files. Please read and print How To Copy and Backup ChemRec provided here.
Question: How do I copy my data?
